Mike Lerner is a documentary film maker. On January 24, 2012, he was nominated for an Academy Award for the film Hell and Back Again. He has won a number of industry awards including, Academy Award Nomination for Best Documentary Feature 2012, 6 Sundance Awards (Grand Jury, Special Jury, Best Director, Audience, Cinematography) , EMMY Award for Best Documentary, and others.

Barbara Biemann is the Head of Documentary Films – NDR/ARD - a public TV in Germany. Her work focuses on investigative, political, and social themes, and on current affairs. Her recent co-productions include The King by Eugene Jarecki, The Lonely Battle of Thomas Reid by Feargal Ward, National Bird by Sonia Kennebeck, The Siege of Mecca by Dirk van den Berg, and Ben-Gurion, Epilogue by Yariv Mozer and Yael Perlov.
SANDRA WHIPHAM

Sandra, who joined Doc Society as its fourth Director in January 2012, exec produces films across the slate and leads on the Bertha Doc Society Connect Fund. She also oversees Doc Academy.
Previously, Sandra was a producer through her own company where she produced and executive produced a range of documentary film and television including multi award-winning Enemies of the People (dir. Thet Sambath/Rob Lemkin). From 2007-9 Sandra was Editor at More 4, and commissioned the True Stories international documentary strand.

Paulina (Paul) S Ukrainets has received fellowships from the James A. Michener Center for Writers and Princeton in Asia and is an associate editor for Bat City Review. Previously, Paul worked as an associate producer on "MEKONG 2030".

Svetlana worked on Dozhd TV for around ten years; she went through all the TV professions from an editor to a news producer. She is a high skilled developer of video content in social networks. She knows better than others how to look for an archive and organize any shooting anywhere.
